Share A Little Moment With Twiddle at Sweetwater 420 Festival

Sweetwater 420 Festival is quickly approaching and the lineup is one of the grooviest of the summer. Twiddle is a band who has played into a variety of genres. They have entertained festival audiences around the US with jam band style rock infused with jazz, blues, and reggae dub sounds. With their newest release headed in a more rude boy direction, it is only natural that they will join bands like Slightly Stoopid on the festival’s lineup.

“Moments” is their newest track – an ultra inviting Americanized and dubbed out summer reggae hit. The song features emotional brass and an jammed out island bass. Lyrically, there is a super simple, almost childlike use of rhyme, which is not complex but definitely charming and fun.

The track is less jam band and more reggae but that does not necessarily mean we can expect at strictly rude set from Twiddle at Sweetwater 420 Festival. We could hear electronic influence, classical, bluegrass, jazz, or anything else. That diversity and energy is what sets Twiddle apart and makes their set one worth checking out. The group is releasing a new double album titled ‘PLUMP – Chapters 1 & 2’ on April 28th and there may even be a chance to hear previews of these new tracks at their Sweetwater set.

If you cannot make it out to the festival, stay tuned for our coverage of ‘PLUMP – Chapters 1 & 2’ coming soon! Preorder the record today.
